March 28th "Lester's Blood" screened at the Golden State Film Festival in Los Angeles to an appreciative and enthusiastic audience that appreciated the lead's feisty performance delivered by Allyn Carrell. JB Edwards, the film's writer and director attended the screening on Hollywood Boulevard and represented the film and Humphrey Edwards Films. This award winning dark comedy has won film festival audience's appreciation along with numerous laurels. Also featuring outstanding performances by Jackson Elliot, Clay Jones and Bruce Melena, the film was shot and edited by David Pinkston with sound by Mike Walker and special effect make up by Mandy Ochs.
